The clients were looking for a new home in Fountain Hills and up for a small project.  They were looking for a functional kitchen and a big garage.  This house had neither; but it was a unique, mid-century, diamond in the rough.  The project ended up being more than they originally planned, but they now have a one-of-a-kind home (with a modern galley kitchen and big garage).
